1. Where is MM:NT Berlin Lab

Situated amongst the well trodden streets of Berlin’s central Mitte neighbourhood, we’re a few minutes’ walk from the U-Bahn and a stone’s throw from the local cafes, bars and restaurants that make Mitte the place to be. Our address is An d. Spandauer Brücke 11, 10178 Berlin, Germany and you can find us here

2. When can I check-in and out?

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. However, we're all about giving you the freedom to stay your way so you can choose your own time to arrive or leave with our flexible check-in and out (for a small fee). Just choose your time at booking. (This feature is not possible during our testing phase)

Don't need your room for longer but still want to hang out at MM:NT? You are also welcome to make yourself at home in our lounge for the day. Just make sure you check-in on our digital concierge so that your digital keys are downloaded to your phone so that you can get access. The key to your room will be activated at our regular check-in time of 3 pm and deactivated at 11 am on the day of your departure.

3. Can I store my bags and things?

Yes, we have plenty of storage during your stay and we also have dedicated, secure luggage lockers if you happen to be arriving earlier than your check-in time, or need somewhere to keep your bags on check-out day. You can find this in the Hub. These lockers can be booked through our digital concierge app. Just hit the Extra Stuff button in My Stay in our digital concierge web app.

4. Is there a gym in the hotel?

Wellness is a key part of the MM:NT values, however for our Lab we don't have the space. But, we are surrounded by some great studios. Please see our guide for places to check out in our neighbourhood.

5. Can children stay at MM:NT Berlin Lab?

For now, during our initial testing phase, we will be open to aged 18 and over. Keep an eye out as this will change.

6. Can I bring my dog?

We love our furry friends, but for our Lab, we can't have dogs (or cats for that matter!)

7. Can I do my laundry?

Why do your laundry when someone else can do it for you? MM:NT Berlin Lab doesn't have onsite laundry, but we have the Hub where you can leave your dirty things in your dedicated locker and Jonny Fresh is our local fav who can pick up, clean, iron and deliver whenever it works for you—using zero plastic and green energy along the way!

8. Food - gotta eat while I am in Berlin!

Whilst we don’t serve food on-site, some of our rooms have kitchenettes for you to cook in, but if you don't want to cook or are staying in one of our Little rooms, you are welcome to order in, eat out, or bring light bites back with you. You’ll also have unlimited access to our Hub—where you can have food and groceries delivered just like you would at home. You can also find some of the best places locally to grab a coffee or a cocktail in our guide.

9. Breakfast

Yes, we do offer breakfast. Check out your options in the Extra Stuff in My Stay in our digital concierge web app and remember to order in time so you are not disappointed!

10. What different rooms does MM:NT Berlin Lab have?

Our rooms here in MM:NT Berlin Lab are all different because we are all about learning from our community to design the best room designs for our rollout, but they do fall into 3 room categories, Little, Middle, Big. Head to the rooms page for more details on each.

11. Is there a hair dryer in the room?

Yes! All of our rooms have a hair dryer for all your beautifying needs. And if you really want to pimp your style then you can upgrade with our Box to some hair straighteners. Yup we've got you covered!

12. Can I make a special request?

At MM:NT, we nail the basics—but sometimes, you might want a few extras to make your stay one for the books. We are not able to deliver special requests, however, we do have Box where you can upgrade your stay with our carefully curated range of MM:NT perks.

13. Cleaning

We clean our rooms once a week (and between stays) because, well, do you really need your room cleaned daily? If you’d like your room cleaned more often, give us a shout and we’ll add a small fee to your tab. (Book when and how often on the app in The Extra Stuff - not available during our testing phase)

14. Does the hotel have parking?

We encourage our guests to take public transport where possible (better for the planet and your conscience) and we are conveniently located a few minutes' walk from the S-Bahn so we don’t have designated hotel parking.
