The Essentials

Situated amongst the well trodden streets of Berlin’s central Mitte neighbourhood, we’re a few minutes’ walk from the S-Bahn and a stone’s throw from the local cafes, bars and restaurants that make Mitte the place to be.

We have three room types. For us the choice is simple. All have comfy beds, day to night lighting, rainfall showers and loads of storage. Consciously uncluttered they are designed to give you the best night's sleep with rich textures and conscious materials meaning that any room choice is a good choice.

Beyond our rooms, MM:NT Berlin Lab offers up a space to work, chill and socialise surrounded by houseplants and natural light. Whilst we don’t serve food on-site, you’re welcome to order in, eat out, or bring bites back with you.

You’ll also have access to our Hub – where you can have food, groceries, and laundry delivered just like you would at home. Fancy a drink to wind down in the evening? Help yourself at our self-pour bar which is a reflection of our take-it-easy and DIY mindset.

At MM:NT we give you the freedom to stay your way. Whether that is staying in, staying up or staying out - we cater for all kinds of curious people, looking to make the experience their own, but if you need a few extra tips to make your stay perfect, then check out our neighbourhood highlights and some extra life admin bits.

We’re in beta and looking to learn from our community — so we’re on the hunt for curious, kindred spirits to help shape the future of MM:NT and we’d love you to be part of its story.

In order to create a space that truly delivers for you, we’re taking MM:NT for a trial run and inviting guests to come and stay for free. The only thing we ask in return is for your honest feedback - on our rooms, our services, our vibe, and our ethos.
