Our lab is precisely that - the world's first and only Hotel Laboratory designed as a living, breathing hotel to test out design, space and experience. After months of trials with guests staying to share feedback, our Lab is now in its second phase of life- the first official MM:NT.

The Essentials

We are straightforward and simple. We are not your typical hotel. We have no reception desk, TVs or room service - but whether our guests are in or out - they will experience hospitality with a thoughtful touch. Our digital self-serve model and web app are easy to use, time-efficient and designed with our guests in mind - to give you the freedom to stay your way. Whether that is staying in, staying up or staying out - we cater for all kinds of curious people looking to make the experience their own.

MM:NT Berlin Lab is a collection of six low-key, high-style rooms, each with its own distinct design and personality and beyond our rooms, MM:NT Berlin Lab offers up a space to work, chill and socialise surrounded by houseplants and natural light. Whilst we don’t serve food on-site, you’re welcome to order in, eat out, or bring bites back with you.

Whilst staying with us, you’ll also have access to our Hub – where you can have food, groceries, and laundry delivered just like you would at home. Fancy a drink to wind down in the evening? Help yourself at our self-pour bar which is a reflection of our take-it-easy and DIY mindset.

You can find us amongst the well trodden streets of Berlin’s central Mitte neighbourhood and a few minutes’ walk from the S-Bahn and a stone’s throw from the local cafes, bars and restaurants that make Mitte the place to be.
